New York to Put Pirate on Trial

It's being reported that the Somalian pirate who was fortunate enough to escape the wrath of our Navy snipers may not be able to avoid the wrath of our legal system. Abdulwali Muse, 19, who is "believed to be the group's ringleader," will stand trial in New York — chosen as a location because it will invite a frenzied media circus the court "has experience handling cases against suspected terrorists."
