Despite Dick Cheney's recent bluster that he wants Obama to release torture memos that Cheney says will reveal all the great information the Bush administration learned through controversial interrogation techniques, a CIA source tells Greg Sargent that the former vice-president never actually made a formal request to have the memos made public — even though that's what Cheney himself told Sean Hannity.
