Approval of Paterson Still Shockingly Low

It appears, based on a new Marist poll, that nothing David Paterson has done recently pushing for gay marriage, challenging opponents of an MTA bailout to street fights, doing gymnastics and mocking the disabled has helped revive his tanking poll numbers. Only 19 percent of registered voters approve of Paterson's job performance, and 51 percent would rather have the Gremlin-resisting Eliot Spitzer back in the governor's mansion. [Marist]
