An aide to President Obama says that the publicity photos from that ill-conceived, low-altitude photo shoot in lower Manhattan and New Jersey last month will not be released, obviously because the White House would like everyone to forget about the terror-inducing incident as soon as possible. Just as well, because shots of Air Force One alongside the Statue of Liberty wouldn't be so majestic anyway with throngs of panicked people streaming from office buildings in the background. [NYP]
