The Mets utilized their two most dangerous weapons last night in a 7–4 win over the Nationals: Johan Santana and video replay. For the fourth time in five games, a review of a home run went in the Mets' favor, this time on a tiebreaking Daniel Murphy shot in the sixth that hit off an ad on the front of the Pepsi Porch, but was originally ruled in play. The call was overturned, and helped give Santana — who wasn’t actually terribly sharp — his seventh win, tied for most in the National League.
