Bob Weinstein’s Beresford Apartment Can Now Be Yours

Bob Weinstein expects to make only $9.75 million, or very nearly a third, over what he paid for his Beresford penthouse back in 2004. (It's a recession, you know! We all suffer in different ways!) But his loss is the buyer's gain: $29.75 million seems a small price to pay for six large bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, a paneled library, family room, dining room, a "superb" kitchen — per realtor Brown Harris Stevens (frankly, it's a little old-ladyish for our taste) — two terraces, three fireplaces, a "Crestron system for sound and lighting," "three-zoned air conditioning" (whatever that is), plus — and this is a giant plus — the possibility of one day running into fellow resident Vikram Pandit coming out of the health-club shower. Priceless.
