Argentine and America news outlets have been honing homing in on South Carolina governor Mark Sanford's mistress in Buenos Aires since he admitted to his affair yesterday, and — with only a few missteps — they seem to have found her. Her name is Maria Belen Chapur, she's 43, and she has two children. A witness told TMZ.com that Sanford and Chapur were "all over each other" at a bar in Buenos Aires last week. That witness says that the woman has dirty-blonde hair and green eyes, but according to South Carolina political blog Fitsnews, the woman pictured here is Chapur. [NYDN]
