Google engineer Sasha Blair-Goldensohn was taking a leisurely stroll through Central Park yesterday, minding his own business, when a giant oak tree dropped a rotten 100-pound limb on him, sending the father of two to the hospital where he remains unconscious. He's currently at New York–Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center and is in the intensive care unit. This is scary because it could happen to any of us, at any time. And here we all moved to New York City to get away from trees.
