A federal grand jury has fired an indictment against Danny Pang, the California businessman who is believed to have stolen $83 million from his firm and blown it, mostly on bringing joy to the lives of zaftig administrative assistants. An unnamed spokesman for Pang told the Journal the businessman "believes these charges are false and he looks forward to being vindicated at trial."
