A couple of years ago, Cortney and Bob Novogratz, the couple behind Sixx Designs, took a downtown S&M club and renovated it into a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home, with spectacular views, a garage, and its own movie theater and indoor basketball court. Now that they've had their seventh child, they've outgrown the place and put the whole spread on the market. (Kids not included.)
