Horses Are Pooping With Abandon All Over Kensington

  • 7/9/09 at 11:35 AM

The Brooklyn neighborhood of Kensington, "the horseback riding capital of Brooklyn," is being overrun by festering piles of equine excrement. Okay, maybe not overrun.
