The $10.4 million apartment of Marc Dreier, the Park Avenue lawyer who was recently sentenced to twenty years in prison for running a rather daring $400 million Ponzi scheme, is being auctioned off at 1 p.m. today, along with all of its contents. Located on the 34th floor of the Bloomberg building, the apartment is packed with amenities — a fancy home-automation panel that controls lights and audio, a plant irrigation system for the terrace, designer appliances. It also contains everything Dreier left in it when he was arrested back in December.

Including:

• A half-eaten raspberry-peach pie
• Seven pairs of black Ermenegildo Zegna shoes, mostly size 8
• Nine pints of Häagen-Dazs ice cream (flavors unknown)
• Flat-panel television
• A bottle of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut
• A poster for After Innocence, a documentary about convicted criminals exonerated by DNA evidence
• A 100 percent silk, hand-knotted Tibetan carpet
• One red-leather chair and two gold-leaf-print couches by Christian Liaigre
• Patio furniture including two chaises, two couches, and a wooden dining table (pictured)
• A photograph of Dreier with singer Diana Ross
• A screen display that reads “Welcome to the Dreier Residence”

Those last two ought to definitely intrigue buyers looking for memorabilia of the biggest Ponzi scheme in history. Oh wait, no, we forgot. This was a lesser Ponzi scheme. Never mind, then.
