At least according to Money magazine, which rated the top 100 towns with populations between 8,500 and 50,000 for their "Best Places to Live" issue. New Jersey has three, Connecticut has six, Pennsylvania has two, and Massachusetts has six. Maybe they have more bike paths or something. [CNNMoney]
