The Astor Trial of Horrors, postponed yesterday owing to defendant Anthony Marshall's unspecified illness, was set to resume today; the proceedings have now been put on hold again, because "Marshall, 85, on trial for allegedly looting his mother's estate, collapsed inside the bathroom at 11:30 a.m. and banged his head on a stall door."
