That MTA, always looking for a silver lining. A transit study out today reports that there have been 3.7 million fewer cars crossing our bridges so far this year than at the same time last year. In fact, traffic has been on the decline for the past nineteen months. "Bridge traffic tends to be dependent on two things: weather and employment," said Bill Henderson.
