A wedding chapel has opened on the Lower East Side, in the rotating storefront at Grand Opening on Norfolk. The space has been a store and a Ping-Pong parlor, and now you can get legally married there. Our man on the street is never one to stay out of the action, so he finds the nearest eligible partner and takes the plunge. Applause, laughter, and tears ensue.
