Warren Buffett does not think that the $787 billion rescue package launched in February had quite enough pizzazz. "Our first stimulus bill ... was sort of like taking half a tablet of Viagra and having also a bunch of candy mixed in," the Oracle of Omaha and Noted Dirty Talker told Good Morning America this morning. "Because everyone was putting in things for their constituencies, it didn't quite have the power you wanted it to... I think that a second one may well be called for." This time, though, the administration should be a little more assertive with Congress, he added. Maybe smack them around a little. Nothing dangerous, but a little rough play never hurt anyone.
