After a nasty debate that saw Senate Democrats kind of call Mayor Bloomberg a slave driver and Bloomberg sort of refer to Senate Democrats as Nazis, the two sides have finally reached an agreement on the renewal of mayoral control of the city's schools, which passed in the Senate today by a 47–8 margin.
