According to Curbed, the gas station on the south side of Houston Street between Lafayette and Broadway, which has a great view of some of our favorite pervy ads, is getting torn down. The real estate will be lumped together with other nearby parcels and may be available for a new development. One which, hopefully, will continue to have vistas of a lithe, denim-clad threesome involving a bear, a beach, and Natalia Vodianova. [Curbed]
