We've never been in a jury-deliberation room, but we have been in a jury-pool room, where you get to see the peers with whom you might have to sit down and decide a trial verdict. Which is why we understand a little bit that some chairs were thrown during deliberations in a Manhattan court this morning — even though it was a trial over the the side effects of the osteoporosis drug Fosamax on seniors.
