Always be closing. Ivanka Trump recently closed a deal to marry Jared Kushner, and today, working as a "celebrity trader," the Donald's daughter closed stock trades for a good cause. She participated in BGC Partners' fifth annual Charity Day, in which celebrities, under the watchful eyes of licensed brokers, execute investment trades with BGC's clients. The commissions from the trades are then donated to the celebrity's designated charity. The charity event takes place every September 11 — BGC used to be partnered with Cantor Fitzgerald. The scene on the downtown trading floor was chaotic, as celebs like Whoopi Goldberg, Bernie Williams, Lorraine Bracco, Brian Leetch, Kathy Lee Gifford, and Lady Gaga worked the phones and executed trades. Amazingly, despite the mini Hope Diamond on her finger, Ivanka was able to hold up the phone and the ring with just one hand.
