Jessica Seinfeld Emerges Victorious From Child-Trickery Battle

After months of squabbling — quietly in court and publicly on shows like The View and Late Show With David Letterman — the lawsuit against Jessica Seinfeld has been dismissed. Jerry's wife was accused of stealing the idea and recipes from the book The Sneaky Chef, by Missy Chase Lapine, and using them in her book, Deceptively Delicious. In the end, U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain just didn't buy the idea that thinking of ways to trick children into eating nutritious foods is something that was first invented by a mom in the year 2007.
