Albany area state senator Neil Breslin thinks that his caucus's majority leader, Pedro Espada, is a "crook" and "should be in jail." "The voters in my district are outraged by the conduct of the Senate in June, and in particular of Pedro Espada, and I share their feelings," he said, daintily kissing any discretionary spending for the next year good-bye.
