We scanned through a few of these, and there was only one of them in which Clarence Thomas was smiling, and we're pretty sure it wasn't a "happy smile." Of all of them, only Breyer appears to be on the ball. Kennedy and Stevens didn't even bother to stop their conversation, Ginsburg is clearly looking for an escape route, and Thomas, of course, is basically sleeping. What Alito is up to, we'll never know.
