Vito Fossella May Be Trying to Mount a Comeback

Disgraced former Staten Island congressman Vito Fossella has been popping up recently at events that politicians typically attend, like a 9/11 remembrance and a parade for the borough's Little League team, raising eyebrows among political watchers. Eyebrows! This past Friday he also made an appearance at a health-care forum, where he told the 100-person audience, "You don't level the house to fix what's broken." He added,* "And trust me, I know how to destroy a home." [NYP]
