Eek, this story is terrible: A 22-year-old woman from California named Amina Williams took a cab from Manhattan to a Long Island Marriott hotel, and when she got there offered the cab driver only $80 of the $142 fare. When he protested, she sprayed him with pepper spray and ran into the hotel, blinding him for half an hour. Williams was arrested for a misdemeanor, but we think she deserves something harsher, like maybe a lifetime New York State ban. [NYP]
