Nearly two years ago, Richard Heene, father of the child America now knows as the Balloon Boy, sat down in front of a video camera to record a rant about Hillary Clinton's growing fingers and shape-shifting, reptilian face. We had absolutely no idea what he was referring to, but after searching online we assume it has something to do with videos like these. Based on what we knew about Heene up to this point, the fact that he entertains the possibility that Hillary Clinton might be some kind of mutant sci-fi creature is not surprising at all. You couldn't say that for most people.
