SEC Installs 29-Year-Old As Enforcement Division’s COO

Adam Storch, a 29-year-old former employee in Goldman Sachs's business intelligence unit, has been named the SEC enforcement division's new COO. Storch is skilled in "technology systems, workflow process, and project management," according to SEC enforcement chief Robert Khuzami, and he's also not entirely a fan of the Constitution, according to a website that was pulled off the Internet this morning.
