For a power-hungry billionaire, Ted Turner has been kinda quiet lately. That changes tomorrow when Bloomberg TV runs an interview it did with the mogul. In it, Turner says he wishes he was still running Time Warner so he could implement a few changes. First, he wants CNN to include "less fluffy news and more international news," especially about China. Then he'd turn his attention to Cartoon Network and "put Captain Planet on at a top time period so that kids would see the environmental superhero instead of just Superman." These are basically a bored viewer's ramblings -- typically emailed to Rick Sanchez and quickly deleted. You know, if the bored viewer didn't also happen to be the founder of the network.
