State Workers With 'Man Cave' Reach Plea Deal

The two state workers who smoked weed, sold cocaine and watched DVDs in a "man cave" beneath the State Capitol have pleaded guilty to charges of defrauding the government. Gary Pivode and Louis Marciano racked up $28,400 in overtime over the past five years while hanging in their dude den and now they'll have to pay for it. Pivode will serve a year in jail while Marciano gets off with five years probation. Neither will be allowed to work for the state government again, which isn't really a punishment at all.
