Well, Moscow, at least. Apparently Igor Sechin, Russia’s powerful deputy prime minister, “took a strong interest” in the BP Chief—who is rumored to be leaving in the fall— when he visited Moscow last month. And you know, when a man like that takes a strong interest in you, you don’t really have much of a choice. [FT]
