Dave Weigel Gets More Work
After resigning from the Washington Post amid controversy about a month ago, David Weigel is racking up the jobs. In addition to his already announced deal with MSNBC, Weigel has signed a one-year contract with Slate, the Post’s corporate sibling. Weigel will head up a new politics blog on the site — to launch within the next few weeks — and also contribute longer pieces. [Politico]
