Gunman Kills Eight, Injures More in Connecticut Shooting Spree
Omar Thornton, 34, killed eight people and then himself this morning at a beer and wine wholesaler in Manchester, Connecticut, where he worked as a delivery driver. Still more victims are in the hospital. According to early reports, Thornton was scheduled to face disciplinary action at work and had complained of being racially harassed. [NYP]
