"I don't understand the charges. I don't understand why I'm being charged," convicted shoplifter and car thief James Jiminez told a judge after he was sentenced to four years in jail for swiping a $2,000 Balenciaga purse from actress Kirsten Dunst's Soho Grand hotel room.
