Buffalo Is Really over Carl Paladino Now
The GOP gubernatorial candidate in New York hails from Buffalo, a city he basically owns, but even the local paper isn't proud of this anymore. The Buffalo News endorsed his rival, Andrew Cuomo, today, declaring "there is no [other] choice." The paper added: "If Cuomo accomplishes only half of what he says he wants — detailed in a series of [policy] books he has released — he will have rendered a historic service to the state. While it has become trendy to sneer at 'career politicians,' the fact is that a good one knows his stuff." [AP]
