"He was analytical," Scott Tepper, brother of the billionaire hedge-fund manager David, told us of the Appaloosa founder in this week's magazine. “We had a railing on our porch, and he would be like, 'If I put my head in there, would I get stuck?'" In fact, he did once get stuck, and the police had to be called to extract him.
