Authorities don't know who started the fire at a Corvallis mosque yesterday or why, but they believe the center was targeted because Mohamed Osman Mohamud, the 19-year-old charged with trying to blow up a Portland Christmas-tree-lighting ceremony, occasionally worshipped there.
