Aging Internet giant AOL is actively considering a plan that breaks apart its operations to get the company in shape to merge with Yahoo. (This complex business strategy must be what the Jonas Brothers have been up to in their new post at AOL redesigning the Internet.) So the rumors of an AOL-Yahoo marriage continue to spread, but AOL hasn’t proposed. What are they waiting for?
