City Council Fails to Represent One Particular Group
Last week, the City Council approved a ban on smoking in public parks, beaches, marinas, boardwalks and pedestrian plazas. Incidentally, "more than a dozen Council members and staffers said they couldn't name a single Council member they'd seen smoking in years." [NYDN]
