A Manhattan judge ruled that the contractors and company responsible for setting fire to the Deutsche Bank building in lower Manhattan in 2007 are not criminally responsible for the blaze, which killed two firefighters. The company, hired to demolish the 9/11-damaged building, was accused of cutting a pipe that could have provided water to the firefighters. It was, however, found guilty of second-degree reckless endangerment. [NYP]
