A man believed to be Stuart Kuttner, the former managing editor at News of the World, has been arrested and taken into custody for questioning in the UK phone-hacking scandal that has engulfed Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. He was arrested on charges of corruption and conspiring to intercept communications, the same allegations that Rebekah Brooks is facing. After being questioned by police, Kuttner is expected to be released on bail until October; he is the eleventh person to be arrested in the phone-hacking scandal.
