Somehow, Shanel Nadal managed to kidnap all eight of her children during a visit with them at a Forrest Hills foster agency on Tuesday. Nadal and the kids — seven boys named Nephra Payne (after their father, who might be involved in the crime) and a baby girl named Nefertiti — are now believed to be traveling in a black 1996 Chevy Suburban with New York plates. That sounds pretty easy to spot until you consider the fact that they got away in the first place. [NYP]
