A cool 113 tickets for public drinking were handed out at the High Line between January and November of this year, comprising about 15 percent of all citations for drinking in city parks across the borough. Couples (and tourists) toasting sunset over the Hudson were the biggest offenders, according to the Post, which makes a lot of sense, and also makes the tickets seem like a pretty grinch-y move by the parks department.
