In order to "solve" her class's "constant bathroom needs," a Brooklyn elementary school teacher has reportedly (and perhaps illegally) devised a weekly voucher system that compensates children who don't use the toilet while she's instructing. Prizes include stickers, pencils, and bladder problems.
