Mayor Bloomberg may have personally selected Lady Gaga to drop the ball with him on New Year’s Eve, leading to their endlessly fascinating midnight kiss, but he insisted today that “the best kiss of the night came after that, from Diana.” He had to say that, but Diana also wasn’t wearing a creepy Eyes Wide Shut mask, so it was probably true, too.
