Is This the Most Wrong Sarah Palin Has Ever Been?

Nope. Wrong. So wrong. Photo: FOX News

Sarah Palin has been wrong about many, many things. But on Fox News yesterday, while urging her remaining seven or eight followers to support Newt Gingrich in Florida, she said something so wrong, we think she may have actually set a new personal record of wrongness:

>

So, if for no other reason, rage against the machine, vote for Newt. Annoy a liberal — vote Newt. Keep this vetting process going, keep the debate going.”

In reality, a vote for Newt Gingrich would not “annoy” a single liberal anywhere in the world. The longer the Gingrich campaign lives to battle with Mitt Romney — dragging down the favorability ratings of both candidates in the process — the better, as far as liberals are concerned. And if Gingrich somehow manages to win the nomination? That would be absolute heaven.

So where does “a vote for Newt Gingrich” in the Florida primary actually rank on a list of things that annoy liberals the most?:

1. Birthers

2. When it snows and people say, “Huh, what happened to global warming, Al Gore?

3. Ann Coulter

4. The popularity of Tim Tebow
