Fourteen Occupiers Get Brooklyn Bridge–Related Charges Dropped

"We cannot prove this defendant’s specific conduct or location on the bridge beyond a reasonable doubt." —Reason a city prosecutor gave a judge for dismissing charges against one Occupy Wall Street demonstrator arrested last October on the Brooklyn Bridge. Charges were also dropped against thirteen other protesters. [NYT]
