So why not just leave Fox News?” you might ask. Good question! I’ve asked myself that same thing many times. And I am leaving. Sooner rather than later, I’m guessing.

2. Wait less than 24 hours.

Someone claiming to be an employee of Fox News Channel made their debut as an anonymous tell-all blogger yesterday, releasing a behind-the-scenes clip of Mitt Romney goofing around with Sean Hannity and explaining his wife’s horses — Austrian warmbloods, to be exact. Today, the blogger followed up with a look at Fox’s budget bathrooms, and the news that Bill O’Reilly poops with the common people.

Presumably, the star host, who values his privacy and has a temper, and Fox News boss Roger Ailes, himself rumored to be a bit paranoid, were not pleased with the leaks. The network’s Media Relations Senior Vice President, Irena Briganti, meanwhile, is known as a slightly terrifying enforcer — and “for her insulting, condescending emails to reporters — always ‘cc’d to bosses.” Additionally, Fox’s parent company News Corp. has a reputation for doing some intelligence work (a.k.a. hacking) of its own. This person didn’t stand a chance.

Update: Here we go! “If Fox has smoked me out, it’s news to me,” the supposed mole writes on Gawker this afternoon. “I’m still here. Back to work.” But for how long? The saga continues…
