Nineteen-year-old Sean Pagan was being frisked after allegedly vandalizing a subway station and jumping the turnstile when he made the mistake of flinching when touched between the legs. In video of the incident, a cop then tries to move Pagan’s arms, which are up against the wall, before pulling a spin-move slam that brings them both — and the ad on the wall — crashing down. When Pagan stands back up, he’s lifted off the ground, body-slammed again, and put in a headlock. “Stop resisting!” the NYPD officer shouts. “I’m not resisting! What are you doing?” Pagan yells back. In addition to the mischief crimes, he was also charged with resisting arrest.
