Our own Frank Rich joined the Face the Nation panel yesterday to discuss why Mitt Romney’s time at Bain Capital continues to be an issue in Obama attack ads: It confuses most people. “The problem for Romney is a lot of Americans don’t really know him, they don’t really know his biography, and Bain is the biggest part of it,” Rich said. “If you took his interviews over the past couple of days … to explain why he was CEO but wasn’t really at Bain, that he got a six-figure income but that was from a different entity … people don’t know what he’s talking about.”
